SPDC's library has been able to develop a collection of books and publications on social sector development in the country. Its overall collection of government publications and books is over 20,000. The Library is currently subscribing to 36 national/international journals and is in the process of acquiring back-copies and multi-media technology.

The Information System Unit is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of SPDC's computing facilities. Capabilities of the Unit include in-house software development to support SPDC's activities in economic modeling and in the development of the social sector database, as well as website development.
