Mr. Naveed Kamran, has over three decades of distinguished service in Pakistan’s civil service. He held important leadership positions, including Federal Secretary, Ministry of Finance; Cabinet Secretary of Pakistan; Federal Secretary, Ministry of National Health Services; and Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. At provincial level, he served as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Sindh, Secretary Finance, Secretary Food, Secretary Information, and was also the Director General of National Institute of Management Karachi. He was the Chairman of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and began his career as Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner in various districts and sub-divisions. Following his retirement, he represented Pakistan as Executive Director at World Bank, bringing his expertise in governance, financial management, health, and institutional reforms to the global stage.
